Server is in process of being paid.

We need to seriously look at the usage as other than LFS its pretty minimal.
Like i often ask, what else can we run that people want to play? give me suggestions and if its possible we will run it.

One bit of finance that may be coming in is from a seperate group of racers called Ready 2 Roll, who predominately play LFS on the S2 licence (something AA is lacking in)
They have asked via EQ Worry if we could host their S2 server files etc for them to encourage people to play under their name, Demo players would continue to play un AA branded servers.

I think this is positive and will hopefully result in additional funds to keep the servers running and off an additional set of games to play alongside AA

While the financial matters of the proposed cooperation with R2R are not the primary reason for this whole scheme, no doubt they are important and beneficial for AA. But the main reason is to consolidate people dedicated to LFS. The game is overall slightly on the decline, I think, for several reasons, e.g. because developers are not as much active as they used to be. Consolidating servers and people seems like the best way forward. R2R can supply the framework and knowledge of team/events organization, AA can supply popular demo servers and large userbase to build upon. Both teams stay separate, but share resources, ideas, even people who wish so.
